STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RES.#15-0 zV <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE TO ENTER INTO A <br /> PURCHASE AGREEMENT TO SELL REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7212 MILL <br /> ROAD (PIN#R14-31-22-43-0013),LOT 4, BLOCK 2 PETERSONS OLD HOMESTEAD <br /> ADD <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville on May 27, 2015 authorized the Mayor to enter into a <br /> purchase agreement with Mr. Eric Newman for the purchase of 7212 Mill Road (PIN #R14-31- <br /> 22-43-0013), Lot 4, Block 2 Peterson Old Homestead Add, and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Newman's title company (A & B Title Company) has subsequently attempted <br /> to record the appropriate sales documents with Anoka County who is unwilling to accept the <br /> City's Approved Council Meeting minutes authorizing the Mayor's signature due to lack of legal <br /> description within those approved minutes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. That the Mayor was authorized on May 27, 2015 to enter into a purchase <br /> agreement with Mr. Eric Newman for the purchase of 7212 Mill Road(PIN#R14-31-22-43- <br /> 0013), Lot 4, Block 2 Peterson Old Homestead Add. <br /> 2.
