UPDATES <br /> <br /> <br />1.Council Updates – Council Member Steve King <br /> <br /> Council Member Steve King provided an update on the status of the road <br />construction. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Music in the Park – Mr. Tom Lee <br /> <br /> See report under Appearances <br /> <br /> <br />3.Flyer/Poster placement in Anoka County <br /> <br /> Once flyers/posters are received by staff they will forward them to Anoka County <br />for their approval and placement. To prevent delay in posting, Ms. Seeley has <br />agreed to place the flyer/posters in the previously discussed areas upon staff’s <br />acknowledgement of the County’s approval. <br /> <br />VII. OTHER <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Portable Toilets @ Festival of the Lakes <br /> - There were no updates regarding the request <br /> <br />for the Festival of the Lakes regarding the number and location of portable toilets. <br /> <br /> <br /> Short/Long Term Planning <br />– add to agenda for July <br /> <br />Basketball hoops <br /> – may be installed by the end of June <br /> <br />County Trail Mark Sign <br /> – this sign has disintegrated; Committee Member Amundsen <br /> <br />originally made this sign and will replace it. <br /> <br />Meeting Date Change: <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee Member Grahek, seconded by Committee Member <br />Waeghe to change the date of the July, 2015 P & R Committee Meeting from <br />Wednesday, July 1 to Wednesday, July 8, 2015; to be held in the offices of City Hall. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />VIII. ACTION ITEMS REVIEW – <br /> <br />Items that have been completed will be removed; some are still open and additional items <br />discussed at this meeting will be added.
