<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regular <br />meeting on May 5, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> Chairperson Darrin Mosher <br />Commissioner Russ Koski <br /> Commissioner Mark Haiden <br />Commissioner Matthew Montain <br />Commissioner Nick Twohy <br />Commissioner Tom Wood (Arrived @ 6:55 p.m.) <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br />Commissioner James Flint <br /> <br />STAFF: <br /> City Administrator Mike Ericson <br /> <br />OTHERS PRESENT: <br /> Council Member D. Love <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER. <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairperson <br />Mosher. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br />II. APPEARANCES – None <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING(S) - None <br /> <br />th <br />Chair Mosher requested the addition of Amendment to Conditional Use Permit for 6995 – 20 <br />Avenue South be placed under Old Business, Item #2. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Koski, seconded by Commissioner Mosher to add the above stated <br />item as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Metropolitan Council Draft Water Resources Policy Plan – Review & Comment <br /> <br />The commission briefly discussed the item and will continue to review the plan. <br /> <br />th <br />2. Amend Conditional Use Permit 6995 – 20 Avenue South, Mechanical Air Systems, <br />Inc. <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson explained that language was contained in the original Conditional Use <br />Permit “3. Conditions. This permit is issued subject to the following conditions: a) This <br />Conditional Use Permit is not authorized until and unless the Plat for Center Villa Second <br />Addition is properly recorded with Anoka County by April 25, 2015) and due to the delay in <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />
