MM, <br />I o l MI, (0 <br />u <br />Honorable Mayor & Council Members <br />FROM: Staff <br />SUBJECT: Alignment of Union Contract/Personnel Policy <br />DATE: July 28, 2015 <br />At the end of December, 2014 Council incorporated a PTO year-end carry-over from 224 to 232 hours <br />and hours in excess of that balance up to 16 hours would be converted to cash and paid into the <br />employee Health Care Savings Plan into the union negotiations/contract for 2015-2017. <br />The non-union employees generally receive those same benefits allotted to union employees; however, <br />the personnel policy did not include these changes. <br />
