A performance review will be conducted by the city administrators of the <br />member cities after six months and annually thereafter. You will serve a one-year probationary <br />period. Cost -of -living adjustments are considered by the Fire Steering Committee annually. <br />Section 3: Insurance <br />The Fire District shall provide insurance benefits in accordance with the benefits offered to City <br />of Circle Pines employees, which includes health, dental, life, short-term disability, and long- <br />term disability insurance. <br />Upon employment, you will be credited with 80 hours of knUal p a ;,, <br />Your biweekly accrual will be 7.384 hours, or 24 days annually. Thereafter, you will accrue an <br />additional l "' ... rmwal leave day each year until reaching the maximum accrual of 26 days. You <br />can carry over a maximum of 240 hours from one year to the next. <br />You will receive thirteen (13) paid holidays, which is the same number of holidays that other <br />Circle Pines employees receive. <br />Section : Vehicle <br />The Fire Chief is allowed to take a vehicle home. The vehicle may be used for personal use on a <br />limited basis (i.e. errands and short trips to and from home). The vehicle will also be available <br />for official meetings and conferences. <br />
