�O�NNEgpp9yp <br /> b stakeWe all have a in <br /> r <br /> OFTAPa <br /> 1-35E Construction Update: Little Canada to Lino Lakes <br /> Summary of work <br /> • Resurface existing pavement and ramps <br /> • Replace 1-35E bridges over Goose Lake Rd <br /> • Redeck Hwy 96 bridge over 1-35E <br /> • Widen bridges for MnPASS lanes <br /> • Update drainage and other infrastructure <br /> • Repair or replace existing guardrail <br /> • Construct a pedestrian trail on Hwy 96 from Centerville Rd to White Bear Lake Parkway <br /> • Add MnPASS lane on southbound 1-35E between Hwy 96 and County Rd E <br /> • Add MnPASS Lane on northbound 1-35E between County Rd E and County Rd J <br /> Traffic Impact <br /> Construction crews will maintain two lanes on 1-35E in each direction for much of the work. <br /> • Goose Lake Rd closes for 14 months <br /> • Weekend road closures on 1-35E and Hwy 96 <br /> • Hwy 96 traffic reduced to one lane in each direction in 2016 <br /> • Temporary ramp closures starting September 2015 (ramp closures will not take away <br /> access to 1-35E at Hwy 96 and County Rd E at the same time) <br /> MnPASS Express Lane Extension Opens Late 2016 <br /> • Southbound MnPASS lane extension begins at Hwy 96 and connects to the MnPASS <br /> lane at Little Canada Rd. Through the 1-35E/1-694 commons area, the existing inside <br /> lane will be designated as a MnPASS lane during the weekday morning rush-hour period <br /> (6:00-10:00 AM) <br /> • Northbound MnPASS lane extension begins at County Rd. E and ends just north of <br /> County Rd J. Through the 1-35E/1-694 commons area (between Little Canada Rd. <br /> and County Rd.
