American Arbitration Assoc.; <br /> Commercial arbitration rules; <br /> decision binding. <br />Amending Agreement Requires unanimous written agreement <br /> of all members; failure to agree not <br /> subject to dispute resolution. <br />Terminating Agreement Withdrawal: If a City wants to <br /> withdraw, requires one (1) year notice; <br /> forfeit equipment; continue to pay <br /> portion during that year. <br /> Dissolution: Majority of member cities; <br /> payments continue for one ( 1) year; <br /> formula for distributing assets. <br />
