<br /> <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />April 9, 2003 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commissioners <br />Kim Moore-Sykes, City Administrator {l4PJ <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />J & L Construction Site Plan Review - 2016 Gateway Circle <br /> <br />......................................................................... <br /> <br />Staff received site plans for J & L Construction, 2016 Gateway Circle and these plans <br />were presented to the Planning and Zoning at their regularly scheduled meeting on April <br />1,2003. The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the site plan with Staff and <br />found it to be in order. The owners were also in attendance and answered questions from <br />the Commissioners. <br /> <br />J & L Construction plans to construct a warehouse type structure at 2016 Gateway Circle <br />for the distribution of construction products. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval ofthe <br />site plan to the City Council.
