This report has been prepared in the summary format prescribed by <br />the State Auditor and must be published by June 30, 2003. <br /> <br />Council should approve the audited financial statements presented by the audit firm and <br />authorize the Finance Director to publish the summary report in the City's legal <br />newspaper. <br /> <br />. <br />
