<br />CenterviIle City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 26, 2003 <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested the following changes: On Page 3, first paragraph <br />remove "ad hoc committee" and add "design team." Ninth paragraph down, first <br />sentence remove words "the committee" replace it with "she". Second sentence remove <br />word "force" and use "require" following original area add the word "survey" then <br />remove the word down. Replace last paragraph with "McDonald indicated neither the <br />City, nor the person who wrote the designation, has control over whether the nomination <br />is accepted by the National Park Service." On Page 12, change day in the park to <br />"Tuesday in the Park". <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra said she felt it was the Mayor and not Council who discussed pay <br />raises for employees prior to the wage freeze. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney indicated he brought it up but it was full Council that discussed the <br />matter. <br /> <br />The rest of the Council Members agreed that all Council discussed wages and felt there <br />was no need to change the minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Lee <br />to approve the Council Meetin2 Minutes of March 12, 2003 as amended. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. The City of Centerville March 13, 2003 through March 26, 2003 Claims for <br />Approval <br />2. Centennial Fire District Claims <br />3. Pay Estimate #4 (Amt Construction Co.) - Pheasant Marsh Phase II <br />4. Anoka County Assessment Contract 2003 <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that the check to DeCoys be removed for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council Member Broussard Vickers and seconded by Council <br />Member Capra to approve Consent A2enda Items 1, 2, 3, and 4 without the check to <br />DeCoys as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra indicated she had pulled the DeCoy's check as she intends to <br />vote against approval of it. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council Member Broussard Vickers and seconded by Council <br />Member Lee to approve the check to DeCoys.
