<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Centerville calls on the Minnesota <br />Legislature to NOT enact mandatory levy limits, levy freezes, local government salary <br />freezes, restrictions on employee pension or health insurance contributions, reverse <br />referendum requirements, restriction on local government debt issuance or any other <br />limitation on local government's ability to respond to the loss of state aids in a manner <br />that best reflects the challenges and service priorities of their individual communities. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City of Centerville this 9th day of April, 2003. <br /> <br />Mayor, Terry Sweeney <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br />
