Dust ceiling vents monthly. . Report any fixtures not in proper working order. Periodic Services . Perform special cleaning tasks as requested. An additional charge of $24.50 per man-hour, plus materials/supplies will apply to this service. Emergency Clean-up services are also available 24 hours a day. . Thoroughly wash and dry all interior and exterior windows one time per year. The price for this service will be $45. . Carpet cleaning - Thoroughly vacuum carpet from wall to wall, vacuum edges and comers, pre-treat spots, stains and traffic lanes, extract carpet using hot water extraction or shampoo method. The price for this service will be $277.40 for the City Hall and $183.54 for the public works facility. . Floor refinishing - Strip and refinish with 2 coats of seal. Service will be performed in entry vestibule, lobby and 2 restrooms in the City Hall. The price for this service will be $80 Supplies, Equipment, Insurance and other terms . Pristine Services agrees to provide all janitorial equipment and supplies necessary to complete the cleaning specified above. The clean up of excessive and abnormal debris caused either intentionally or unintentionally by construction contractors or other means is not included in the cleaning specifications but will be completed upon request and billed and separately. . We carry Property Damage Liability Insurance, Bodily Injury Liability Insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance. A Certificate of Insurance will be sent to upon request. . It shall be understood by both parties that during the term of this agreement and for one year from the termination date of said contract that either party will not hire either parties personnel, unless mutuaIly agreed upon in writing by both parties. In the event that such mutual consent is not obtained, the hiring party hereby agrees to compensate the other party in the amount of thirty-five percent (35%) of the annualized wages of the person hired. The placement fee shaIl be immediately due and payable commensurate with the new employee date. . A statement will be sent in the beginning of each month for that month's service. Payment is due no later than the 10th day foIlowing the month in which services are performed. Pristine services charges 1.5% interest on past due accounts and reserves the right to terminate services at any time after payment becomes delinquent.
