ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT ("Agreement") made this 2th day of September, 2015, by and between <br /> the CITY OF CENTERVILLE, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("City"), and Brian K. & <br /> Diane M. Clancy, ("Landowner(s)"), husband and wife. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Landowners own in fee as joint tenants the real property situated in Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota, legally described as follows ("Subject Property"): <br /> PIN#14-31-22-33-0020 Lot 2, Block 1 Lakeland Hills <br /> 1692 Lakeland Circle <br /> B. Landowners' desire to locate a shed partially within the right-of-way/drainage and <br /> utility easement(s) in their rear yard easement(s). Landowners seek permission from the City to <br /> encroach in the City's right-of-way/drainage and utility easement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THEIR MUTUAL COVENANTS, <br /> THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> I.
