Meadow Lane/Court <br /> <br />Council discussed the backyard drainage issues within both developments and reviewed the <br />comprehensive stormwater pond(s) and raingarden(s) information that was presented. Council <br />discussed funding a Stormwater Capital Improvements Projects (CIP) with city Storm Water <br />Utility Fund. Council reiterated its current policy that they are willing to participate in the cost <br />of backyard drainage issues at a 25% cost sharing rate if all residents agree to pay 75% <br /> <br />3. Downtown Master Plan <br /> <br />Council discussed the Downtown Master Plan, moratorium and agreed that it is outdated and the <br />City needs to consider the redevelopment of other properties which may affect the downtown <br />redevelopment staging. <br /> <br />III. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar to Adjourn <br />the Schedule Work Session at 8:50 p.m. All in favor.
