CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15-03/ <br /> APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF LINO LAKES AND THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> REGARDING WEST CEDAR STREET PAVING <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville and the City of Lino Lakes desire to enter into a <br /> Joint Powers Agreement to improve West Cedar Street by paving a bituminous roadway <br /> between 20th Avenue S (CSAH 54) and a point approximately 1,650 feet east of 20th <br /> Avenue S (CSAH 54). <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville is responsible for$10,000 as its share of the project. <br /> The remaining portion of the project, estimated to cost $125,000, shall be paid by the <br /> City of Lino Lakes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of <br /> Centerville approves the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Centerville. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Centerville this,2.�y oft , 2015. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
