She did not reca1l <br />a ten;.year review for the interconn~. erg said that David Ahrens, .City Engineer for <br />Lino Lakes, just threw the ten-year review ut for discussion. Nyberg suggested the city <br />consider looking at a watertower within th next couple years. <br /> <br />Prior to Nyberg leaving, March briefly' ssed a meeting .earlier with :Mike Quigley <br />regarding Eagle Pass Third Addition. Eagl Pass persons claimed they had never seen the <br />staging of the utilities in the comprehensive Ian. Although. Nyberg felt confident Tony <br />Emmerick had seen the utility staging. M8.I1 h wasn't completely happy With. the design' on <br />the 54.73 acres. NYberg commented the p~ perty will be limited to split level homes due <br />to tb.e water table/wet lands. Buckbee recommended <br />completing some current developments then request extending the MUSAAlso, since the <br />city has a small staff this may be too much:fi r now.
