Each user can be <br />assigned one of 99 different profiles that <br />Ind.udesaccess to arrfcornbinatfon of ef8ht <br />areas. A 16-character name can be assigned <br />tDeachcode. Thfs namewll print on a local <br />printer; cliplayftmntheeventbuffeJ; andean <br />be transmitted to a DMP receiver, or an <br />alphanumerfcpaget <br />HOLIDAY DATES AND <br />SCHEDULES <br />The XR2CJO.485 allows up to 20 different <br />holfday dates to be selected that overrfde <br />the normal schedules. Independent <br />holfday schedules are available for each <br />of the eight burglary areas, system relay <br />output operation, and door strike <br />operation. All holiday dates can be <br />assigned up to one year in advance. <br />UP TO 16 INDEPENDENT <br />ACCESS DOORS <br />Card reader inputs can be attached from <br />16 different locations in the system. Any <br />proxtmi~ magnetic stripe, or other type <br />of access control reader that provides a <br />WIegand data output can be used. Readers <br />can be connected dtn!ctly to DMP Security <br />Command-keypads, Model 733 Wiegand <br />Interface ModUles, or DMP Easy Entry" <br />keypads with buUt-in proxtmity card <br />readers. <br />200 EVENT MEMORY <br />BUFFER <br />The 485 expands the~memoryofthe <br />moo from 200 to 1200 events. 200 <br />events are reserved for standard but'g1ary, <br />fire and system events, and an addttfonal <br />1000 are reserved for door access reports <br />only. The events can be viewed at a <br />keypad, printed on a local printer, or <br />retrfeved by the central statton. Each users' access card can be <br />assigned to operate during one of the four <br />shift schedules, or may be allowed to <br />operate regardless of any schedule. This <br />same schedule is also used by the burglary <br />system to detennfne if a partfcular area <br />is not armed by the scheduled time. <br />ANTS..FAISBACK <br />The Mof!et 485 offers extensive anti- <br />passbackoperatton. DIstinct doors and <br />readers C$n be designated for access to, <br />or exit (egress) from, partfcular areas in <br />the system. When users access an area, <br />they are logged tnto that area tn the <br />system memory. Should the users exit <br />improperty, theywiU be dented access to <br />the area when they try to re-enter. <br />A forgive. user option is available to <br />the master user to - clear <br />anti-passback vtotattons. <br />ACCESS DENIED REPORTS <br />The XR2OCJ-0185 system can restrict access <br />for several reasons. For example, a user <br />may be attempting to enter an area whk:h <br />they are not assigned or an area they did <br />not properly exit. The user may also be <br />dented access for entering during the <br />wrong time of day. The ~ reason <br />for access dental can be displayed on the <br />keypad, stored fn events, logged ona local <br />printer, sent to the central station, orsent <br />~~~r or to the <br /> <br />fBRE DRILL AND WAI.l( TlUT <br />Users can test fire notfffcatton bells usfng <br />the FIre Drill feature. Groups can be asstgned to a <br />particular user to provide floor control <br />for elevators. <br />AUTOMATIC DISARMING 0' <br />BURGLARY SYSTEM <br />Stnce the XR2OO-485 is an integrated <br />burglary, fire, and access contn)l system, <br />the burglary system can be disarmed <br />simply by presenting a card to a reader. <br />When a user a~ to gain access to <br />the buIldtng they present their card to a <br />card reader. When the card Is vaUdated, <br />the JmOO..485 system checks the burglary <br />area(s) assigned to the user. This area is <br />then compared to the area(s) assigned to <br />the spedfk: reader addrES The anned <br />area(s) that Is assigned to both user and <br />reader is then disarmed. 1bfs feature <br />allows a user to.gain access to a spedflc <br />area and disarm with one card read. <br />DOOR. STR.lKE SCHEDULES <br />WITH OVERRIDE <br />Schedules are also provided to allow <br />control of door sttIJ<es. Spedflc doQrs may <br />be set to unlock certain times of the day <br />or nieht, or the card reader can be <br />completely disabled when desired.
