To reduce exposure to litigation,the <br /> owner/operator of a sliding area should stay up to date with respect to new informa- <br /> tion,new equipment,and the sliding practices of the public Operators should docu- <br /> ment all of their activities and practices that are undertaken to ensure safety at their <br /> hill(s).
