13. The District will use the Property for a public purpose and use, which is the <br /> construction of additional parking space that will serve the School Site. <br /> 14. The District intends to take possession of the property in accordance with the <br /> "quick-take"provisions of Minnesota Statutes Section 117.042. Notice of the <br /> District's intent to take possession of the property prior to the filing of an award <br /> by the Court-appointed commissioners will be served on the Respondents along <br /> with this petition. <br /> 15. Respondent Central Bank is listed as a party in this matter because it appears to <br /> have an interest the Property in the form of a mortgage (recorded as Document <br /> No. 2116907.005) and an assignment of leases and rents (recorded as Document <br /> No. 2116907.006). <br /> 16. Respondents City of Centerville, Metropolitan Council, Rice Creek Watershed <br /> District, and Anoka County are listed as parties in this matter only to the extent <br /> they are taxing authorities in the State of Minnesota. <br /> WHEREFORE, the District requests an order of this Court approving the District's <br /> petition herein and directing: <br /> 1. That such proceedings may be had as are provided by law in order that the District <br /> may acquire, by condemnation, the fee simple absolute title to the real property <br /> described in this Petition; <br /> 2.
