COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RES.#15-0 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS, ORDERING IMPROVEMENT & SCHEDULING ASSESSMENT <br /> HEARING ON 2016 THIN MILL & OVERLAY PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE,MINNESOTA <br /> WHEREAS, it has been proposed to improve the following streets: <br /> 1. Cottonwood Court 2. Deer Court <br /> 3. Hunters Trail 4. Meadow Circle <br /> 5. Meadow Court 6. Mill Road <br /> 7. Cardinal Drive 8. North Robin Lane <br /> 9. South Robin Lane 10. West Robin Lane <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for making the improvement, the bids were received, <br /> opened and tabulated according to law and the attached tabulations indicate bids were received complying with <br /> the advertisement; See Exhibit A attached; and <br /> WHEREAS, ten (10) days mailed notice and two weeks' published notice was given and the hearing was held <br /> `hereon the 9a` day of December, 2015, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to <br /> heard thereon. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. Such improvement is determined to be necessary, cost — effective and feasible as detailed in the <br /> feasibility report and the Council hereby orders the improvement as proposed. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is authorized to publish notice and provide ten (10) days mailed notice to benefiting <br /> property owners of a scheduled public hearing to be held on January 13, 2016 commencing at 6:30 p.m. <br /> in Council Chambers of City Hall to consider special assessments associated with the project. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City of Centerville this 9th day of December, 2015. <br /> Mayor, Tom Wilharber <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br /> 133 <br />
