CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATION <br /> 1. Ms.Julie Jeppson,Development Director, Stepping Stone Emergency Housing <br /> Ms. Jeppson introduced herself to Council stating that Stepping Stone Emergency Housing <br /> serves Anoka County youth and adults 18 years of age and older in a dormitory-style setting. <br /> Stepping Stone is a temporary housing facility that provides basic needs along with mentoring <br /> and life skills training to promote self-sufficiency. Ms. Jeppson formally requested funding <br /> support from the City. Council addressed Ms. Jeppson with a number of questions. <br /> Council stated that the City's preliminary budget has been set for 2016 and suggested that <br /> Stepping Stone approach local representatives regarding alternative funding sources. <br /> 2. Mr.Lou Suski, Gaughan Companies & Mr. Dan Huffman, ISD# 12 <br /> a. Purchase Offer-1737 Main Street& Abutting Property <br /> Administrator Ericson stated that this item would be addressed under New Business. <br /> IV. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> 34 <br />
