COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RES. #15-0&9 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET AND TAX LEVIES FOR 2016 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE,MINNESOTA <br /> WHEREAS, with the guidance of the Council a proposed budget has been prepared by staff for the year 2016, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, a public meeting has been held and the City Council had considered input from the public related <br /> to such budget and the resulting tax levies. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, County of Anoka, <br /> State of Minnesota, that the attached budget for 2016 is hereby adopted. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following sums of money by levied for the current year, collectable <br /> for 2016 upon the taxable property in the City of Centerville for the following purposes: <br /> Total General Fund Levy $1,965,204 <br /> Debt Service Levy: <br /> 2009A Improvement Bonds $230,000 <br /> 2011 A Improvement Bonds $273,000 <br /> 2012A Police $ 70,000 <br /> 2013A Streets $ 18,000 <br /> Total Debt Service Levy $591,000 <br /> *The above levy includes the amount necessary to cover debt service requirement for 2016 <br /> Total All Levies $2,556,204 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of this <br /> resolution to the County Auditor of Anoka County, Minnesota along with all required documentation. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City of Centerville this 9`h day of December, 2015. <br /> Mayor, Tom Wilharber <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br />
