Review of Water Conservation Goals Paul Putzier noted that measuring the impact of water conservation measures will be challenging because of the influence of the weather,climate,water loss through leaks,fluctuating needs of the community among other things.This is one reason we greatly appreciate each communities' input at these meetings—we hope that you all can help us figure out a meaningful way to measure the effectiveness of various water conservation measures. We know that the Table 2 exercises were hypothetical and won't be sharing numbers from communities' "homework".We felt this exercise was a good way to "push" everyone to challenge themselves to come up with ideas for reducing water use that could reach the goals in the worksheet.
