I know that Mike Sterling suggest that you would be an excellent host/group leader for an organization called Road Scholar(former Elder Hostile). Mike and I were for different Defense Contractors but we both were contractor support government agencies. Our subject matter was different from yours,but the business model was very much the same. What I am getting to is that we are very familiar with the balance you as a supporting contractor must maintain between keeping a good relationship with your current client and gaining new business. We have no relationship or interest in Road Scholar other than having gone on some of their tours. If you might be interested is approaching Road Scholar I would be happy to write a recommendation. I am always interested in the next bike ride. If you put together a "H2H reunion" I would certainly be interested in that. BTW, I did see you at the St Paul Classic. You were rather busy. My son, granddaughter and I did the ride for our third year. Next year it should be with two granddaughters. The girls have very strong legs and are good riders. Glad you liked some of the hidden surprises as you mention the museums in Winona and Brainerd—you never know what people are going to like/not like, but I like that you find these little hidden treasures along the way that maybe we wouldn't have stopped at normally. The people along the way are sure so pleasantly friendly and helpful. Like the ladies at Brainerd and LeDuc. Totally agree on the Coon Rapids Dam area—thanks for the plug. Duly noted. Lastly,thanks also for becoming a BikeMN supporter. It's a great organization,doing great things around the state. I'm hoping we can put a H2H Reunion together this spring—maybe a 50/60 mile ride and a bbq afterwards? Would you be interested in something like that? 3
