CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR FRANCHISE ORDINANCES <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. on January <br /> 13, 2016 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street, Centerville, MN to consider and ac- <br /> cept public input on proposed franchise ordinances with public utilities serving <br /> the City which use public property and rights of way within the City. These <br /> public utilities are as follows: <br /> CENTERPOINT ENERGY RESOURCES CORPORATION, d/b/a CEN- <br /> TERPOINT ENERGY MINNESOTA GAS ("CENTERPOINT ENERGY"). <br /> CONNEXUS ENERGY, A MINNESOTA COOPERATIVE CORPORA- <br /> TION. <br /> NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY, A MINNESOTA CORPORA- <br /> T 'J, d/b/a XCEL ENERGY. <br /> Adoption by the Council of the proposed franchise ordinances may occur <br /> following the hearing. The agreements will govern all franchises for electricity <br /> and natural gas within in the City for the next twenty (20) years. Some of these <br /> ordinances will replaces or revise existing franchise ordinances. <br /> The proposed franchise ordinances and associated documents are Ordi- <br /> nance #75 through Ordinance #84, Second Series Summaries. These ordi- <br /> nances are on file for public inspection at the City Clerk's office.
