As the purchase agreement states, a <br /> closing on the referenced property was contingent on Jon and Sophie Pederson first closing on <br /> the sale of the two Ruffridge Johnson Equipment Company properties in Minneapolis. The <br /> purchaseR of those properties has terminated the purchase agreements for those two <br /> properties because it did not obtain the necessary financing. <br /> As the Pederson letter states, Jon Pederson, owner of Ruffridge Johnson Equipment Company, <br /> would like very much to discuss with you the reinstatement of the purchase agreement on <br /> mutually acceptable terms.
