City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />November 12, 2015 <br />determination versus replacement. Council Member Fehrenbacher stated that funds will remain <br />in reserve for a future purchase if needs determine. Council Member Fehrenbacher stated that it <br />is anticipated that the Centennial Lakes Police Department’s 2015 will be under the approved <br />amount. <br /> <br />Council Member Love reported that the Planning & Zoning Commission held that two (2) public <br />hearings that were previously discussed. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that a necessity has arisen to have a second Council meeting in <br />November and it has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 24 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber reviewed Engineer Mark Statz email stating that there would be a bid opening <br />held at City Hall in Council Chambers on December 2, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. for the 2016 Thin Mill <br />& Overlay Project. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber convened the regularly scheduled Council Meeting at 8:25 p.m. to the <br />scheduled Closed Executive Session. <br /> <br />CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION – (PENDING LITIGATION) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member King to open the <br />scheduled Closed Executive Session at 8:26 p.m. All in favor.
