Adventures and City of Centerville Cooperative Agreement <br /> Fete Des Lacs Race Director Position <br /> This working arrangement is between Mike Ericson, City Administrator for the City of Centerville, and <br /> Kerri Kolstad, owner of Wahoo Enterprises LLC, doing business as Wahoo! Adventures. <br /> Mission: To provide pre-planning, logistics, and execution of the Fete des Lacs 8k/5K/Fun Run to be <br /> held on August 6"', 2016. Work with the Festival Committee and City of Centerville to ensure a <br /> successful event. <br /> Goals of the Festival of Lakes Run <br /> 1) Provide a safe and fun community event <br /> 2) Engage sponsors, volunteers, and community in support of the event <br /> 3) Ensure a profitable event with proceeds going the Parks and Trails in the City of Centerville <br /> 4) Highlight the beautiful lakes, parks, and trails within the community <br /> 5) Grow the number of participants <br /> Wahoo! Adventures Involvement and Participation <br /> 1) Attend all necessary city and committee meetings <br /> 2) Work closely with the City Administrator for leadership, guidance, and direction <br /> 3) Assist with meeting and engaging sponsors <br /> 4) Assist with and manage volunteers <br /> 5) Manage the race within the city budget <br /> 6) All Pre-Race coordination —timing, shirts, and permits <br /> 7) All Race Day responsibilities—course, registration, food/water stops, signage, volunteer <br /> assignments, awards, and clean-up <br /> 8) Post-Race activities to include thank yous, social media, sponsors, timing results <br /> 1 <br />
