ORDINANCE NO. 82, SECOND SERIES: AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING AN <br /> ELECTRIC SERVICE FRANCHISE FEE ON NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY, A <br /> MINNESOTA CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FOR PROVIDING <br /> ELECTRIC SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE. <br /> The purpose of the ordinances is to set the amount of the franchise fee the Utility shall collect on <br /> behalf of the City.
