And <br /> also Kingdom Baking will be that place where communities come together and <br /> where relationships between people from different backgrounds will be born and <br /> grow thus our community will be strong together. <br /> - The property is located next to the school. We think that a bakery/coffee shop is <br /> better than tobacco shop next to the school. <br /> Reasons why we are putting an offer below what was asked for <br /> - The building is not suited to be a bakery and a coffee shop. The building will be <br /> demolish and rebuild a new one.The cost of demolition for this size of the building <br /> can be closed to$20,000. <br /> - Second in Minnesota where winter is long, a lot of customer when in rush prefer to <br /> use the drive thru therefore there will be a need to figure it out how the city will <br /> ease some of the zoning setbacks and code so that we can have drive thru option. <br /> - Parts of the land itself need to be fill up with dirt/sand. <br /> - Although Kingdom Baking may not be able to a lot of people right the way we are <br /> confident that we could do so in the future when more people from Centerville <br /> discover the benefit of eating fresh, local and preservatives free bake goods. <br /> - We wish we could offer what the city asking but we believe that success start with <br /> the right heart first and that is why for us at Kingdom Baking we aim to bring the <br /> best out of people just by using baking. <br /> - Another reason is that we want to business at that location and make it look nice <br /> that what it is right now <br /> - The last reason but not the least is that with no real incentive it will be hard to make <br /> any profit if this property is bought at the asking price.
