As we had discussed a few weeks back,the City of Stillwater has been working on strategic planning since May and now the City Council has just formally adopted the Stillwater Strategic Plan this past Tuesday, November 17,2015. 1 have attached the following strategic planning documents: 1) Summary materials from Richard and Irina's facilitation of strategic planning work sessions with City Council and senior staff in May and June of 2015; 2) A more detailed action plan (work plan)developed by staff based on the actions items listed in the previous document. This action plan outlines the responsible parties,timelines and implementation measure for each of the action items. The action plan took time to develop and then was vetted in another work session with City Council in early October. 3) A two page Stillwater Strategic Plan Summary that will be used for presentations,and distribution to community and staff(website,email attachments,etc.) 4) A copy of the resolution approved by the City Council on November 17, 2015 formally adopting all of the abo� materials as the City Strategic Plan.
