Letter dated January 21, 2003 "Declaration of a Dangerous Dog" <br />. Ordinance #24 - Confinement, Licensing and Care Relating to Animal <br />Control <br />. State Statute 347.515, 347.52, 347.53 <br />. Letter dated February 18, 2003 <br />. State Statute 347.50 <br /> <br />Enclosed for your reference, are the City Council's motions regarding the deeming of <br />"Baby" as "Potentially Dangerous" and requirements that you must follow regarding <br />''Baby's" requirements to remain in the City of Centerville. Please find the attached <br />minutes and Section 24.18 Dangerous Animal or Potentially Dangerous Animal <br />Requirements of Ordinance #24. All of these requirements must be met within (30) thirty <br />daYs,.(March 31, ,2003) as discussed at the meeting and proof provided to the City. <br />Council desired to give you ample time to fi11fill these requirements and extended <br />additional time to you that what is referred to in Ordinance #24, Subdivision I, Seizure. <br /> <br />If you do not comply With Ordinance #24 requirements, your animal may be seized by <br />the Centennial Lakes Police Department. <br /> <br />If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me or City Attorney, <br />Mr. Tun Hoeft at (763) 783-5122. <br />
