Motion carried. <br />Attorney Glaser stated that the two resolutions allow for information to be obtained from the <br />Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and provide him with capabilities to provide information to <br />the courts system. Attorney Glaser stated that the Council signed similar agreements two years <br />ago and this is renewal of those agreements. He also stated that the cost for the agreement <br />associated with the BCA is $360 and would be split among the three entities that he provides <br />services to. <br />Council Member iwehrenbacher questioned whether this would provide Attorney Glaser with <br />more efficiency in completing his work and he concurred, <br />air <br />VIII.
