<br />". <br /> <br /> <br />February 13, 2003 <br /> <br />o ~@ <br />Mr. & Mrs. Michael ~~wul <br /> <br />7283 Centerville Roa ~ <br />Centerville, MN 5503 <br /> <br />Dear Property Owner: <br /> <br />The City will be holding an informational meeting on Thursday, February 27, 2003 <br />commencing at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers regarding municipal improvements <br />(sewer, water, curb, gutter, sidewalk, etc.) or some portion thereof that may affect you as <br />a property owner. <br /> <br />As you may be aware, Gonyea Homes, Inc. has approached the City Council and recently <br />received preliminary plat approval to build 19 new homes on the Buckbee property <br />located at 7381 Peltier Circle. The new sub-division will be named "Peltier Preserve". <br /> <br />In an attempt to service all homes within the City with municipal services, as each new <br />development is proposed, the developer incurs expenses associated with the installation <br />of these services within the proposed development and the City and benefiting property <br />owner incur expenses associated with extensions from existing services to the <br />development. <br /> <br />This meeting is an opportunity for you, as a potential benefiting property owner to <br />become informed and participate in discussions with the City's Engineering Firm, the <br />City Administrator and the Pubic Works Director/Building Official. <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Kim Moore-Sykes <br />City Administrator <br />
