Centervi{[e/ %'JIL 55038 <br />(651) 429-3232 . :Ja;c (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03 - 011 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION IMPOSING AN ADMINISTRATIVE FINE FOR A 1sT <br />OFFENSE VIOLATION OF ORDINANCE #13 - WISEGUY'S (BEST <br />PRACTICES PARTICIPANT) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE,MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville met on February 26, 2003, at <br />City Hall; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville has been notified by the <br />Centennial Lake Police Department that Wiseguy's Pizza and Pub recently failed their <br />Compliance Check for the year 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville notified Wiseguy's Pizza and <br />Pub of the abovementioned Compliance Check violation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville discussed and considered <br />assessing an administrative fine for violations of Ordinance #13, Possession, sale, and <br />consumption of intoxicating liquor, wine and 3.2 percent malt liquor within the City of <br />Centerville and the Best Practices Program Guidelines participated in by Wiseguy's Pizza <br />and Pub; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Impose an administrative fine of $500.00 on Wiseguy's Pizza and <br />Pub for the aforementioned Ordinance Violation and Best Practices <br />Program guidelines. <br />
