Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville, Minnesota, was duly held at City Hall in the City on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, commencing at <br />6:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: Wilharber, King, Love, Paar; <br />and the following members were absent: Fehrenbacher <br />The Mayor announced that the next order of business was consideration of the proposals that had <br />been received for the purchase of the City's $1,815,000 General Obligation Improvement Crossover <br />Refunding Bonds, Series 2016A. <br />The City Administrator presented a tabulation of the proposals which have been received in the <br />manner specified in the Notice of Sale for the Bonds. The proposals are as shown in Exhibit A. <br />After due consideration of the proposals, Member Paar then introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />rid <br />
