<br />Minutes Correction 12-19-02 Page 14 of 15 third paragraph up from the bottom. <br /> <br />Council Member Travis indicated he did an evaluation form but did not know he was to <br />turn it in. He then said that these three people (Nelson, Swedberg and Capra) are the <br />biggest asset that the city has right now and probable the hardest three people in the city <br />to please. He said he didn't know that it is necessarily criticism as much as this is the <br />way these council members do it. He said these three maybe perfectionists, but he is not. <br />He said he sees council member Broussard-Vickers as being a realist and hope that keeps <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes moving forward. He said he believes Ms. Moore-Sykes is doing a very <br />good job.
