<br />12. IN-YARD SERVICE. <br /> <br />In- Yard service shall be offered to residents that have an approved Doctor's Statement of <br />Medical Disability. In yard service must be approved by CITY. <br /> <br />13. STREET IIVIPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />The CITY reserves the right to improve any street or alley which may prevent <br />CONTRACTOR from traveEng'; accustomed route or routes for collection. No <br />additional compensation will be rl1ade to CONTRACTOR for interference due to street <br />conditions. <br /> <br />14. ADMINISTRATION. <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall maintain an office equipped with telephones and staffed with <br />sufficient personnel to handle complaints, orders for special service, and/or to receive <br />instructions. <br /> <br />A. The offlce shall be staffed from Monday through Friday (except holidays). <br /> <br />B. CONTRACTOR shall maintain a written log of all complaints, the date thereof <br />and the action taken pursuant thereto or the reason for non-action. Such log of <br />complaints shall be made available for inspection by the CITY or an authorized <br />representative on a monthly basis. <br /> <br />C. CONTRACTOR shall maintain resource recovery facility, transfer stations and/or <br />landfill receipts from trucks carrying CITY refuse exclusively. Such receipts <br />shall be made available for inspection by the CITY or an authorized <br />representative. <br /> <br />D. CONTRACTOR at the best of their ability, shall keep complete and accurate <br />records in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices and to have an <br />annual audit by an ind'~p;~ncjent accounting fInn; and shall make available for <br />inspection by the CIT x 01' an authorized representative. <br /> <br />E. CONTRACTOR shall provide 30 day advanced notice to the CITY of any change <br />of ownership of CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall also provide the CITY <br />with an affirmative undertaking regarding this Contract by the buyer of the <br />Company. <br /> <br />F. CONTRACTOR shall charge an administrative fee of $10.00 for changes that <br />occur more than once a year from one level of service to another. <br /> <br />15. CHARGES <br /> <br />9 <br />
