<br />.' , <br /> <br />EXHIBIT E <br /> <br />PLUMBING AND HEATING PERMITS <br /> <br />1. Plumbing Permits <br /> <br />A. The charge shall be five dollars ($5.00) (not to exceed $100) for each plumbing fixture, <br />device or cOlmection to the sewer or plumbing system, with a minimum charge of fifteen <br />dollars ($15.00) <br /> <br />B. For any alteration, repair or extension to an existing plumbing system, where the work is <br />of such a nature that the penl1it fee charge cannot be detennined from the above <br />schedule, the permit fee shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) first five-hundred dollars <br />($500.00) or fraction thereof, plus fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each additional five- <br />hundred dollars ($500.00)' or fraction thereof of the total market value of such alteration, <br />repair or extension. <br /> <br />2. Mechanical Permits <br /> <br />The charge for a residential dwelling shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) for the following: <br /> <br />· Main Gas Line Piping <br />· Furance <br />· Air conditioner <br />· Boiler <br />. Air Exchanger <br />. Fireplace <br />· Unit heater <br />· Gas Dryer <br />· Gas Stove <br />· General Sheet Metal <br />· Duct Work <br />· Miscellaneous Mechanical Fixtures <br />· Pool Heater <br /> <br />A minimum charge of twenty donars ($20.00) for fireplaces. <br /> <br />The charge for commercial, industrial or institutional building shall be: <br /> <br />Two percent (2%) ofthe total cost of labor and materials of the heating, <br />Ventilation and air cordi tioning work to be completed. <br /> <br />Work commenced without fii-st obtaining a permit shall be charged an investigative fee <br />equal to permit fees. <br />
