Na 110 wl��l <br />I JL <br />'rrclff� 'M ILL <br />r t <br />PROXECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to action of the City Council, a report has been prepared by Mark Statz, <br />Stantec, with reference to the 2017 Mill & Overlay Street Improvement Project, more fully <br />described as construction of a mill and pavement overlay of the following streets: <br />1. Beaver Pond Way (175' South of Hunters Trail to and including the cul de sac of <br />its termination) <br />2. Gateway Circle (Entirety) <br />3. Mound Court (Entirety) <br />4. Mound Trail (from Main Street to City Limits) <br />Traits <br />5. Acorn Creek Park Trail(s) --1,068' <br />6. Eagle Pass, Eagle Trail to Brian Drive — 350' <br />7. Between Hunters 1s` and 2nd —1,050' <br />8. West side of Hunters 18' — 228' <br />9. E -w Middle of LaMotte Park — 585' <br />10. Brian Way to Robin Lane — 277' <br />11. Pheasant Marsh 2nd, NW of Dupre Road —1,423' <br />WHEREAS, such report indicates that the proposed improvement is feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of the benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of <br />$259,700 excluding assessments for trails. <br />2. The Council finds that the proposed improvement has no relationship to the <br />Comprehensive Plan since the project is primarily rehabilitation of existing streets <br />and therefore will not require review by the Planning & Zoning Commission. <br />3. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10 day of <br />December, 2016, in Council Chambers of City Hall at 6:30 p.m. and the <br />Administrator shall give such mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 16d' day of November, 2016. <br />ttet, <br />........... 4� ............. . .. . <br />esa;Bo, i,der0 ty Clerk <br />
