She expressed concem for t <br />use of the property should the rezone to Industrial be granted. Mt, March explained the building did not comply with <br />requirements at this po�int and is Classified as non -conforming under City code. <br />Mr. Don Moe, 7480 Brim Court, addressed the Commission and indicated that at <br />time he and his ndqhbors decided to build their homes, they researched the City <br />E�� <br />
