Motion carried. t_ <br />Administrator Ericson stated that Council approved the Commission's recommendation to deny <br />the request. He noted that Mr. Magdik has redesigned the footprint of the home to meet <br />condons of the current variance in place for the property. <br />2. Met. Council Comprehensive Plan Grant <br />Ad�nimistrator Ericson reported that the City was successful in its application for a $10,000 grant <br />which will be used to: complete the Comprehensive Plan update. Total estimated cost for the work <br />is $25,000. <br />
