CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the <br />City of Centerville, Minnesota will meet and consider resident input regarding a <br />request for rezone from R-2 (Single Family Residential) to B-1 (Commercial), <br />associated Comprehensive Plan amendment and/or a Conditional Use Permit for <br />7007 — 20d` Avenue South. Applicants desire to sell the property, bring the property <br />into compliance for use of the pole building/garage as a business. The Commission <br />will meet on December 6, 2016 commencing at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chamber of <br />City Hall located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, MN 55038. <br />The City Hail is ADA accessible.
