After it <br />is changed to a use permitted the B- I district, it may not f.. 1_ used except as perinitted in <br />this district. Where the proposed change from 1-1 to B-2 has bow initiated by the City, the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission shall simultaneously with mWdng such zoning change, <br />determine whether such parcel is a fully confonning industrial use qualifying for interim use <br />status.
