COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />111 0- ' Xt <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council is authorizing the abatement of PIN #R23-31-22-42-0089 and 823- <br />31-22-13-0047 for the above stated years associated with County Fund #84947; and <br />WHEREAS, the above stated assessments were paid in full on June 4, 2015, Ck #17566 & July 13, 2015, Ck <br />#5456 and mistakenly included with the 2016 certification process; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County Property Tax Division has acknowledged and certified $197.71 for years 2016- <br />2018 for both parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council has directed the City Clerk or Finance Director to make a request of Anoka County to <br />abate the above stated special assessments due to the acceptance and receipt of payment for the entire balances <br />owed and acknowledge this resolution associated with the referenced property identification numbers; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILI <br />MINNESOTA directed and authorized the City Clerk or Finance Director to forward Exhibits A & B to tno <br />County of Anoka and request that they abate the assessments from the property records. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City of Centerville this 14th day of December, 2016. <br />Attest: <br />, ..................,'.......... <br />City -Clerk 1.e.s.a.B <br />der <br />Mayor, Tom Wilharber <br />Vit.! <br />
