I 1� <br />housing development, part, or cooperative within the limits of die city without first obtaining approval <br />as a planned unit development from the City Council upon receipt of the recommendation of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. Approval shall be granted only upon compliance with all the <br />following: <br />(1) Compliance with all other terms of this zoning chapter; <br />(2) Compliance with all the terms of Chapter 153; and <br />(3) The proposed development must be located in the city's urban service area as shown in the <br />comprehensive development plan, and all manufactured homes must be individually served by <br />public utilities as required for all new residential dwellings. <br />' -w <br />(A)Purpose. It is intended that the R-5 District provide for low-density traditional single-family residential <br />where public utilities are available and required for service. The design and circulation of new <br />residential areas are also intended to be complementary with and enhance the community's small-town <br />atmosphere. <br />(B) Permitted uses. See Table 156-A. <br />
