COUNTYOFANONA <br />M11141 I <br />PROJECT <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE# OF THE CITY OF <br />1CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, it has been proposed to improve the following streets: <br />streets <br />1. Beaver Pond Way (175' South of Hunters Trail to and including the cul de <br />sac of its termination) <br />2. Gateway Circle (Entirety) <br />3. Mound Court (Entirety) <br />4. Mound Trail (from Main Street to the cul de sac of it termination) <br />WHEREAS, it has been proposed to improve the following trails: <br />Trails <br />5. Acorn Creek Park Trail(s) —1,068' <br />6. Eagle Pass, Eagle Trail to Brian Drive — 350' <br />7. Between Hunters 16i and 2nd —1,050' <br />8. West side of Hunters Is' — 228' <br />9. E -W Middle of LaMotte Park — 585' <br />10. Brian Way to Robin Lane -- 277' <br />11. Pheasant Marsh 2nd, NW of Dupre Road —1,423' <br />AND WHEREAS, Council on October 26, 2016, directed Stantec as Engineer for this <br />improvement to prepare plans and specifications in preparation for receiving bids, and <br />such plans have been presented to the Council for approval. <br />RESOLVEDNOW THEREFORE, BE IT BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. Plans and specifications for making of the improvement are hereby <br />approved as presented. <br />2. The City Clerk is authorized to advertise for bids for the making of the <br />improvement or designate Stantec to act on the City's behalf in regards to <br />the advertising for bids. The advertisements for bids shall be published as <br />required by law and the notice shall state that bids will be opened at 10:00 <br />a.m. on the 17th day of January, 2017 and shall state that bids will be <br />U -1i <br />
