City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />November 16, 2016 <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br />1. Lino Lakes YMCA <br />Ms. Renee Dietz, Board Member, Lino Lakes YMCA introduced herself and stated that the <br />YMCA desired to inform Council and their constituents of their availability, willingness to <br />partner with the community by providing incentives for working together to benefit the <br />community. Ms. Dietz stated that they desired to provide volunteers for City events, assist in <br />promotion and support projects. Ms. Dietz introduced Ms. Kaarin Mantz, Membership Director <br />who explained several new program offerings by the YMCA and stated that they have served <br />many local youth from Heritage Camp to Youth Intervention programs in the last year. She also <br />desired to inform Council of their program offerings and willingness to work collaboratively on <br />events and projects. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING <br />1. Delinquent Sewer, Water & Garbage Services Associated with the 3rd -6th Billing <br />Cycles of 2015 & l't-3rd Billing Cycles of 2017 <br />Mayor Wilharber opened the Public Hearing at 6:42 p.m. <br />Subsequent to providing the audience with an opportunity for comment and none spoke. <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Love to Close the <br />Public Hearing at 6:43 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that the agenda should reflect the addition of Checks 430577-30601. <br />Mayor Wilharber provided an opportunity for Council Members to add additional items or <br />remove items for further discussion. <br />It was suggested that Council move Items 5, 6 and 7 under New Business to Items 1, 2 and 3 in <br />an attempt to accommodate Finance Director Paulseth's appearance and Move Item 2 to 4 due to <br />presentation of a purchase agreement by guests. <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to approve <br />the Agenda as amended.
