<br />Planning & Zoning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 4, 2006 <br /> <br />Acting Chair Klennert Hunt closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion bv Commissioner Banzai. seconded bv Commissioner Wood. to recommend <br />Coo.cit ,pproval of the variance for a driveway at Sf. ~evieve's Church subiect <br />to the draft aereement between the Church and the Biehlands. All in favor. <br />Motion c;arried onanimo,sly. <br /> <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Proposed Ordinance #92 - Modifying M-l District Requirements and Adding the <br />M-2 District <br /> <br />The Commission and Staff discussed the proposed new district and agreed to set a <br />public hearing to consider it. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wood indicated he would like to leave the Church on its own. <br /> <br />Motion bv Commissioner W 004. seconded by Commissioner Pan,elL to set a <br />DubHe hearine at the May meetine to discuss amendment of the M-l District <br />and Creation of tbe M-2 Distritt. AU in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The Commission agreed that all should be notified to keep them informed and to <br />improve relations. <br /> <br />2. Proposed Ordinance #93 - Modifying Definitions and Changing Regulations <br />Related to Accessory Structures <br /> <br />Commissioner Hanzal said he felt the Ordinance was well drafted. <br /> <br />Acting Chair Klennert Hunt asked if swimming pools are an accessory structure. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that they are. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hanzal asked if a greenhouse would be included in this. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated it would be. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Banzai, seconded by Commissioner Love, to set a <br />public hearing for the May meeting. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />V. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Mr. Shaun O'Keefe.
