No other amenities were included
in this plan set.

At the same time the CSAH t4 plans were being created by the County, the City prepared
and ultimately approved a Downtown Master Plan and Development Guidelines, which
include a high level of aesthetic treatments along CSAH 14.

Stt'eetscape Options
We have prepared two streetscape design options for Downtown CenterviJIe based on the
approved Master Plan and Development Guidelines. In addition, we have taken into
account that the Downtown area will redevelop causing some disruption to the areas
adjacent to the eventual building construction. To accommodate the future construction,
we are proposing a temporary bituminous surface treatment, which can be updated to
concrete when redevelopment occurs.

The attached drawings include:
1. Lighting and tree grate options
2. Crosswalk and paving pattern options
3. Street tree varieties
4. Two Conceptual plans that show:
a. Intersection design options using colored concrete
b. Colored concrete accent bands along CSAH 14
c. Street trees
d. Street lighting

· St. Paul.
